Wanda 's Dilemma

I agree that the passage in 2 Corinthians 6 :14-18 definitely applies to the many areas of a Christian life . Not only that it applies to the business life or partnership of a believer but it should also be the basis of many decisions that a Christian must go through . As stated in the Bible , and stated by the writer , we cannot serve two masters at the same time . There will surely be conflicts

and we must choose which side to take , who to serve . Thus , in the end , we must choose to either follow Christ or to follow other things such , in this case , business

I also agree that having a partnership with an unbeliever would increase the chances of being tempted in many ways . However , this is not always the case for in the same way that a believer may be influenced by the unbeliever , the Christian may also be able to influence the unbeliever that may also lead in the transformation of her partner However , this situation is too risky on the part of the Christian thus it would not be advisable unless the Christian is mature enough to handle the situation and to encourage and influence the people around him /her

Also , God may indeed have plans for Wanda and her friend that is why God is putting Wanda in that kind of situation . It may also be a way of God to reach Wanda 's old friend to turn away from his /her sins and have faith in Him . It may also be a means of testing Wanda 's faith , if her faith is genuine or not . However , as the Bible says God does not give us challenges that exceed our ability to handle them and thus , if Wanda is indeed a true Christian , in whatever she does , she will succeed for God will always be at her side for God is faithful even to the unfaithful . Whether she decided to enter into a partnership or any other form of business , it will never be a stumbling block for her faith

It is also an appropriate action for Wanda to seek another business partners who are believers considering the fact that Wanda is a new Christian . Although faith cannot be measure by time , Wanda 's knowledge about the word of God cannot be considered mature enough . Thus , the foundation of her faith is not that strong yet . What Wanda really needs are Christian partners to help her grow and be a productive Christian obedient to the will of God and a spiritual blessing to those around her
