Response to Enaysha

It is a continuous struggle for believers to imitate Christ in everyday situation where anger and loss of temper tend to take control of our behavior and emotions . Our students may also face this struggle especially when Christians are expected to show no signs of anger

The role of Christian schoolteachers is to reach out to those with emotional and /or behavioral challenges . Our students can grow as Christians when we teach them that God commands us to control our anger The bible says be slow to wrath , because

the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God (James 1 : 19 ,20 . Thus , our role is to guide our students on how to properly deal with anger such as imitating Christ when He quoted Scripture to resist Satan 's temptation (Matthew 4 : 1-11

Response to Ruth

I agree with what Ruth has shared to us . Most of the emotional and behavioral problems that people face are caused from family problems and other issues in life that are seen as problems

It is a big challenge to shape our students ' mind and hearts on how to good Christians . Teachers have an influential role to young minds thus it is imperative for us to practice what we preach . In terms of emotional and behavioral problems that our students have , the Scripture is our life manual to help us guide them . Thus , diligently heeding and obeying God 's word can overcome these problems
