MOTIVATION

Motivation is a process in which there are certain levels of effort which enhance individuals to achieve there organizational goals and so satisfy individuals need . Every organization has to motivate their employees to get the work done efficiently and effectively . Motivation plays an important role in achieving organizational goals in short as well as long term . The ABC company has decided that they will take their employees on a paid expense holiday is a good motivational strategy Through this effort the employees of the ABC firm think that there company

takes care of them and all the employees are reward on their good performance . This is also a strategy to fill out the social need of employee 's working day and night for the progress of the company

This trip also act as a motivator for employees as it increases job satisfaction and there level of progress ultimately goes higher which is beneficial for the organization . Motivator such as a field trip helps to increase the level of satisfaction among employees which has a long term effect on the company . Job satisfaction is very important as it leads to organizational productivity . But some people thinks that spending a huge amount of money for outing of employees is not beneficial , although it is beneficial for the company in the long run as many managers agree to this point
