The evaluation procedure in today 's times requires a lot of attention from the organizations as people usually have neglected this area . The companies are seen spending huge amounts on the training interventions but do not pay attention towards their evaluations and usually an informal committee is set up in to take the feedback on the random basis . The organizations cannot ignore the evaluation phase

as it is the most integral factor in assessing the resources that have been spent in the training and development of the human resources . A lot of organizations refrain from going through a proper evaluation because they feel that the process is faced with a lot of challenges and is relatively difficult to incorporate in the routine training procedures (Huque Vyas , 2004
