Aspects of the Rewards Program

The rewards program which will be implemented will be in the form of an after work ' program which employees will be required to attend . The program will take place once a week , on Fridays , and will provide a platform in which employees may share there own work related experience and also provide some input concerning things they would like

to see changed within the work place . Including a means for employees to relate there personal work experiences and provide positive feedback will leave employees with a sense of respect from there superiors and a general sense that there problems matter . Employees who have exhibited exponential performance will be granted with a twenty five dollar bonus on there next weeks paycheck . In this way , we can reward employees whom have exhibited exceptional performance with financial compensation therefore increasing overall employee moral

Furthermore , employees who are offered some sense of compensation for good performance will have an overall impact on employee morale . When implementing an after work ' program such as this , another important factor to consider revolves around the obvious need for good compensation . Therefore , semi-annual raises should be given to employees , based on performance . Performance evaluations will be held semi-quarterly by management for all employees . Conducting a rewards program in this manner will also help increase employee morale , while in the same instance limit the overall turnover rates experienced by the company .
