Describe the organizational structure of a criminal justice agency where you desire to work.
An Overview of an Agency I would like to be involved in : The Central Intelligence Agency After a careful analysis of criminal justice agencies within the United States , I have decided that I would like to work with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA A Brief History of the CIA Officially the CIA was created on a government-wide basis during the period of World War II . The Office of Strategic Services was established in June 1942 with the purpose of collecting and analyzing strategic information . This information was needed by the Joint

Chiefs of Staff for special operations , including essential facts and intelligence information , particularly those that are relevant to military campaigns But the OSS never had complete jurisdiction over all foreign intelligence activities .
