A public relations is the art of maintaining image in front

of the public whether it involves the image of a person , organization or a program . Public relations involves areas such as communication community relations , crisis management , customer relations , employee relations , government affairs , industry relations , investor relations media relations , and mediation , publicity , speech-writing , and visitor relations (Todd 1984 . The idea behind this field of business is to generate a positive image about the individual , organization or program in to increase its credibility and eventually boost its popularity
