Company Vision

Increasing the presence of the company on the island of Kava is Chris Morales dream and vision . He believes that he has a moral responsibility to give back something to the people of the island . Kava has numerous business opportunities that can be tapped by an enterprising outfit ken on investing there . Alex and I have been tasked with the duty of identifying the problems and come up with solutions that will further the interests of the company

Defining the Issues

A

number of issues impact our company 's projected expansion in Kava . A significant proportion of the population is aged below 15 years Consequently , there is a lack of experienced personnel that can man the various tasks that will be required to be done . Coupled with this is the problem of epidemics that can wipe out a large section of the population which is actively engaged in the production process . HIV /aids and avian flu belong in this category . Language barriers may present challenges to smooth communication of decisions and s . The recurring problem of natural disasters contributes to environmental hazards which cause a lot of damage to the infrastructure . Forest fires and oil spills further damage the environment and reduce the attractiveness of the island to the tourists . Typhoons and hurricanes affect the island every year and destroy a lot of things as they transverse the land
