When first set foot in Kava , I figured that it is far from the paradise that I pictured . That is why it is a big challenge for me to be responsible of the decision-making that my company , Men 's Wearhouse , has to do . Yes , it can be a big risk but it can also turn out to be a big opportunity for the company . After going through the decision-making process , I 've decided that Men 's Wearhouse will establish greater presence in Kava

and also put up a manufacturing plant there

As you might remember , I used a criteria table in the previous and the results showed that establishing greater presence in Kava as well as the manufacturing got the lowest score for the criteria ease of implementation . This is the reason why implementing this decision should be well-thought of . Plans for the implementation should be appropriate for Kava and its people so establishing greater presence there would not be a burden for the company but an advantage

Of course , before we can start our business in Kava , we need to have all the resources . First and the most important of all : people According to Stockley (2008 , human resources are still the most important asset in the company .
