Introduction

Despite of the high theoretical success rate of the proposed solutions in solving various problems in Kava , there are still a lot of factors that must be settled first and take into consideration in to secure the success of the said proposed solutions . There is the Kavan government that Nik and others must consider since it is the one that provides policies and regulations in Kava that might greatly affect the

success of the proposed solutions . It is very important to determine which sector currently the government prioritizes in for Nik and Alex to determine how much support they can receive or expect from the government . Another factor that Nik and Alex must be taking into consideration would be the political and legal system of Kava especially in structuring laws that would aid Kava especially in dealing with their problem regarding religion and ethnic diversity . Moreover , Nik and Alex must also consider the present stability of the Kavan government especially in terms of resources , like financial resources . This would be vital in implementing the provision of government subsidies to foreign investors in to attract more foreign direct investments in Kava that they believed will improve the economic condition of the said country in the next coming years . The last but not the least factor that might affect the implementation of the proposed solutions would be the potential size of Kavan population for the intensification of their military forces . This factor will give Nik and Alex an idea of how much can the Kavan government raise their military forces given the to tighten their security measurements against terrorism

Therefore , this aims to identify how the above identified factors will affect the implementation of the proposed solutions in Week Four Furthermore , it will also be covered by this the resources and necessary actions needed to implement the proposed solutions and ethical implications based on stakeholder 's point of view of the said proposed solutions

Factors Affecting Proposed Solutions

The Kavan government would play a vital role in for the establishment of mediator group that would handle the conflict between various ethnic and religious group since they have the sole power to put into policies whatever the conflicting groups will agree upon after the negotiation . If the government of Kava prioritizes other sector of the government like education and less interested on the establishment of mediator team that would solve the conflict of various ethnic and religious groups , then , Nik and Alex can only expect less support from the government and must find other ways of solving this problem without counting the support of the government . On the other hand , if the government will provide premium on the case of the conflicting religious and ethnic groups to improve the peace and situation in Kava then , Nik and Alex would only exert less effort since the government have all the...
