world . These countries include the Bahamas , Puerto Rico , Mexico , USA , Dominican Republic , Bermuda , and Aruba . For the first time , JetBlue is trying to establish the company in an island in the South Pacific . Because of this , I must consider all the things that are at stake and consider all the factors that might affect the company 's decision in establishing greater presence in Kava

First of all , I checked on the background of the island that Alex provided . Before I could make any plans , I must first take into consideration the current status of the country , not just the place but also the economic factors and others

At first glance , Kava might seem to be inappropriate for an airline company because of the disasters that hit the place . However , further observation and investigation might still lead us to deciding in establishing the company there . Just like what Alex said , Disasters happen at home , too . We can avoid , deny , or ignore them . We have to turn them into opportunities ' That is why we should not consider the disasters that hit the island as a hindrance to the company 's plans Although it would seem to be a problem for an airline company , let 's just look at the bright side . Since of Kava is known for its disaster threats , no Airline company would risk to establish presence there Because of that , if the company decides to establish there , the company would likely to monopolize the airline industry . Because of the established name of JetBlue , people would most likely to trust the name thus , booking flights to Kava

Kava is also known for its tourist spots that is why it is good for an Airline company like JetBlue to establish greater presence there . Since the South pacific is known for its tourism industry , I think it is good for the company to be established there and not just in America . With that , both parties will benefit . How ? As said earlier , JetBlue would most likely to monopolize the airline industry there because no other airline industries would want to establish theirs because of the disaster threats . Well , that was only what the company benefit . There are also benefits for the island country . With the rise ' of a new airline company in the place , tourism would certainly flourish because of easier access to the island .
