Key Problems and Analysis of the Issues

One of the main problems that were raised on the case would be the issue related on the diversity of people living in Kava . Diversity related issues only caused inefficiencies on the production areas as employees start to work based on their own personal interest and for the benefit of their religion /race (Bezrukova , 2002 . Kava has been divided into four major religious groups namely indigenous , Christian , Buddhist , and Islamic . Religion serves to drive the entire humanity by influencing its followers how to think , how to behave , and how to deal things which provides a clearer picture of how religion controls every single person around the globe . In this regard , conflicts between various religious groups oftentimes causes great disaster and tragedy only due to the differences of their belief systems and interests and this scenario seems to presently happening by the time Nik arrived to Kava . The said conflict between the religious groups in Kava only creates barrier that separates one another which later on resulted to having an unharmonious and peaceful environment . It 's really hard to unite religious groups with different belief systems and interests which serves their identity Furthermore , due to the lax security system in Kava , which supposedly maintains peace and situation , there is a big probability that war could happen in the said country

Another issue raised on the case aside from the conflict between religious groups would be the diverse ethnic groups existing in Kava namely Chinese , African , French , Spanish , and Americans each of which has a different and distinct culture , norms , and behavior . In this regard , based from the said differences between the characteristics of existing ethnic groups in Kava , it is tantamount to say that there is a racial conflict that exists between the ethnic groups of the said country . Race is a vital identity in most individuals same as with the religion . There were some races believes that they are more superior to other races which provides conflicts with one another . At the end of the day , this racial discrimination will serve as the root of conflicts on the grounds of Kava and only amplifies the conflict between religious groups which later on could trigger a war between the clashing groups of people

In addition to the above already mentioned issues , the fact that Kava is located on the South Pacific where natural calamities such as typhoons , tornados , volcanic eruptions , earthquakes , and tsunami to name a few is a natural problem that the Kavan government must solve . These natural disasters cause major damages not only on the citizens but also to its economic development of the said country . Houses and other properties , even the lives of people living in Kava , could be destroyed by these natural calamities . Regarding with the economic welfare of the said country...
