Socio-Cultural Issues

The official languages spoken in Kava are the indigenous ones and this will pose a challenge as English is the medium of communication used by company staff . Communication problems create confusion and reduce efficiency as directives are generally misunderstood and employees end up making the wrong decisions or carrying out tasks the were not intended to be accomplished . Such situations contribute to higher overheads as efforts aimed at remedying the situation can be very expensive .
