The concurrent sections of the shall give my give an introduction our organization , the Kava island issues encountered by the people who live in the island , and how our company 's greater presence in Kava will help the people of Kava . The shall describe our organization 's rationale , proposed solution to the Kava issues , and our plans in implementing the solutions

Kava Island

Kava is an island country in the South Pacific . The people in the island are a ethnic mix of indigenous South Pacific

tribes , French African , Spanish , Asian . The second world war made a large number of Americans to move to the island . Difference in tribes and race of the habitants , many languages are used in communication . The habitants speak numerous indigenous languages , such as English , French and Spanish Currently , our organization is located in the island , and according to the information collected from the organization , the island is in a state of devastation

Over 50 percent of the people living in Kava are under the age of 15 years , meaning that the percentage expected to provide labor force is low . The country has experienced several natural attacks in the current past such as earthquakes , fires , floods ,volcanic eruptions and tornadoes . The country is also under health threats such as he HIV /Aids , risk of avian flu . Apart from natural disasters and health crisis the people living in the island are in constant worry of terrorism from within and outside . These issues have greatly influenced the current devastating state of the country , and the people in the country

Solutions for Kava

With the knowledge I attained through out my education and the resources from our organization , we have to take the responsibilities to help the island and its people . Despite the fact that it is hard to accept the responsibility of improving a country with such issues and threats , we need to help the people by all means . With the issues unsort , the people can not develop both economically and socially . With poor development , their contribution to our organization will continue to deteriorate , meaning that our organization will not develop as expected . With this understanding and knowledge , I have developed several solutions on how our company can actively help Kava and it 's people

Investing on young people can help the country and its people . Since children population dominates in the solution need to based on children and young people . To achieve this all children and young people need to be educated with no regard to religion or race . To educate young people in Kava , we can get some passionate educators from our country who can voluntary teach children on reading and writing , among other education aspects . Through the teachers , children can be taught home economics , as a way of preparing them for mature life . Every individual has a target but the talents are usually not expressed .
