United State has introduce good , cheap communication technology to deaf people so that they can communicate face to face with hearing people , so that deaf people can contribute and share their lives skills hopes , talent and vision directly with larger hearing society . Therefore United State is doing enough to help deaf people because of introducing of modern technology that help communication between hearing and deaf people . United States are not doing too much better they are doing enough , because disable people deserve to be assisted

Deafness in Kenya

Kenya is a developing world , which lacks the appropriate resource to help the disable people . Kenya has tried it 's best to send deaf student to abroad such as Gallaudet university in United State , but specifically Kenya has no enough resources to help the disability , so it tries to find help in the developed world like U .S to have connection in concerning of disabilities . Kenya has invited foreign investors to open school of disabled people so that to give deaf people equal rights to those people with normal hearing .
