On July 17 , 2010 , a 23-year-old Dayna Kempson Schacht died in a car accident where she lost her control , crashed into trees , and instantly lost her life . From this heartbreaking incident , her loved ones and beloved friends grieved from leaving them so soon . Yet , another happening aggravates their lamentation especially to her parents when they received a video , an actual footage of her tragic accident , and was being spread from the internet and cell phones

It was a Spalding County firefighter named Terrance Reid who used his cell

phone to record and narrates a video of the accident . From his cell phone , he shared the video with another firefighter , and posted to the internet and went it viral until reached Dayna 's parents . This occurrence appeared disgusting and disrespecting to the death of Dayna which they really condemned the act of the firefighter . Due to this , the firefighter was fired with the following grounds according to the Spalding County press release

The basis of the termination is Mr . Reid 's misconduct in violation of two subsections of Article VIII , Section 7 of the Spalding County Personnel Ordinance . Subsection 7 (u ) prohibits willfully giving or making false statements to supervisors , officials or the public . During the course of the discovery of the existence of the video and the County 's investigation , Mr . Reid gave misleading and false statements to his supervisor and the investigator repeatedly regarding who he shared the video with and who he talked to about...
