The main idea of the informational article is that Mexico 's initiative to capture drug smugglers may have a significant side effect on the Mexican prison system as more and more drug smugglers are being captured , threatening to spark riots to already volatile and crowded prisons . The author has written

about the current condition of the Mexican prison system and the effects of the Mexican government 's crackdown on drug smuggling . This is a classic problem new problems sprouting in an attempt to eliminate one . It is hard to argue against an informational article where the reporter has presumably (or supposedly done extensive research , so as a reader , I can do nothing but accept what the reporter is telling . It is , after all , an informational article . It is just that I hope reporters would write in a different manner other than emphasizing on the depressing side of the news
