These feelings don 't go away that easily and they may interfere with an individual 's everyday life . Depression has been found to affect mostly those individuals who are disappointed , frustrated or those who have lost their loved ones . These are the most obvious causes but there are other more causes of depression . These are
Events in our daily lives : People who experience a distressing event at some point in their life are more prone to depression . These events might include divorce , loss of job or loss of a close family member People who experience such shocking events spent most of their time thinking about it . Such deep thoughts usually lead an individual to a depressed mood
Circumstances : Incase an individual is worried , lonely and doesn 't have anybody to share their worries with , such an individual have higher chances of becoming depressed
