Korean students are actually well-educated and have the basic background when it comes to the English language . Theoretically , they are well-equipped . They are very academically inclined . The important thing that would be developed would be the application process of learning English as their second language . In Korea , they are used to speaking only in their native language . They do not speak in English to converse with other people .
