Communication is also used to debate questions of fact , value , and policy in groups or communities . Values have to be clarified by member of societies or groups in to ensure the common good . For instance in the business organization , the manager must communicate the plans , rules , policies , operations to his subordinates in to execute and materialized it and eventually lead to the attainment of the over-all goals and objectives .
