According to Madonna (1999 ) an agency operator may need to keep in touch with the today 's customers , these customers may include people from different ethnic backgrounds . Therefore , the operator needs to first of all seek for information about the various cultural practices from experts who are from these different ethnic minorities . Through this the operator will get a conclusion of every aspects of these

cultural backgrounds , whereby provision of customers ' needs , desires and preferences are carried out appropriately . Due to the development of the rapid growth of minority ethnic diversification , there are now a large number of small constituents of different ethnic backgrounds coming up in the American society . This kind of change , is elaborating more the types of societies people are living in . The agency should also provide pharmaceutical and hospital services required by patience of different cultural backgrounds , skin color and of different texture of hair .
