This has made sense since Western medicine has been successful as well as providing education in its nature . Eastern medicine , however , is steeped in tradition (Mashbubani , 2006 . and many of the Eastern practitioners have traveled to the west and learned Western medicine only to return home and find that there are

many older more traditional treatments that work better . The revolution begins soon
Western medicine is founded on a capitalistic tradition . However the paradigm comes that all thing are proven and cured by science . The Western model of prevention is also medicine founded in science Everything is analyzed and all things are taken apart to see how they work in to prevent them from breaking down and that includes the human body . An example of Western medicine is psychotherapy . In the West , it is about private self concerned with the individual while in the Eastern cultures it is about public life and history , it is much more than privacy and so goes medicine in general (Airhebebbuwa , 1995 That would make psychoanalysis inappropriate in Eastern medicine .
