Introduction Motivation , mood , personality , temperament and disposition are things directly linked to emotions in the life of a person . Emotions can be defined as the reaction , ways or indications in the life of an individual that come in response to changes in the body of the individual . An emotion can also be said to be a pleasant or unpleasant state of the mind resulting from the action of the brain but outwardly given in form of body postures , gestures or movements .
