From a critical criminologist 's view , the said position is presented Based on what is called the criminological theory where the circumstances and eventual consequences of law-making system are considered , there is now a need to do different things in for law-making to be successful (Lilly , Cullen Ball , 2001 . The system of creating laws should be different in a way that the field needs to deliberate its tendency to be prejudice . For instance , it is essential for the system to reconsider partiality towards race , gender , social status and other aspects when making a law . Another effort to treat law-making differently is for the system to learn from the mistakes of previous undertakings and positively look for forthcoming events .
