This theory clearly shows how the social aspect of a human being is more important than any other thing irrespective of the offence done by the individual . The theory advocates for social justice even to those who commit crimes

Critical race theory : Emphasizes

on how race is obscured by legal criminal doctrines . Social justice is emphasized in this case by the fact that the race from which one comes from is not as important as the doctrines that are associated with law . It does not promote racism in that prejudice and discrimination against a particular race should not be the case . Every person is important and therefore should be treated with the respect they deserve

Queer theory : It disqualifies the America culture which marginalizes non-heterosexuals like bisexuals . Social justice is brought out by the fact that this theory does not support the isolation of certain groups of people by the referred American culture hence the reason for disqualification of the American culture
