The humans are supposedly the most intelligent creation of the nature It has been its control over thought and logical reasoning capability that has made him the most powerful living species . Despite being less powerful if compared to other creatures like elephant and lion and also less productive than the plants and trees , the humans have managed to gain controlling authority on earth . The civilization

has gone beyond personal growth and generation of language for communication . It has now invented things that can use this earth as an ultimate source for materials to fuel further development and growth processes . Hence this development of humans has not only been in material well being but also in terms of logical and intellectual parameter . But this rapid development of human race has also amplified the potential threat of humans being used as a decisive tool against fellow humans thereby causing loss of life and property as well impediment to the growth of society and human civilization . The act of a human that may violate norms of the civilized society while considering every aspect with an expanse that begins from political ground to religious ground thereby committing something that is immoral as well against the interests of the society . This very behavior of humans actually makes it a threat to the very group of society or the part it belongs . The same human who used to fear weather , animals and natural disaster has now living under the threat of an attack from some one who is very much similar to him and belongs to the same class . It 's not just a threat that is comparable to anything that has been faced by the society in past but is actually a very intelligent form of threat that waits for the opportunity to transform its ability into an act of crime under the influence of desire . Hence this phenomenon of crime is basically an action which involves at least two human beings with one being the perpetrator and the other one is the victim

Crime prevention is another part of the solution that has to tackle the social complexity of crime . Though the legal procedures and enforcement agencies are very much present to redress the problem , they have miserably failed to provide something which will have some long term impact . They actually provide security either through prosecution or through prevention . Prosecution leads to arrest and a whole lot of legal procedures including the judgment and imprisonment . Prevention deals with stopping a criminal from committing something heinous . The option of committing a crime is to be closed . Hence the target issue is the creation the hindrance for a criminal through wide spread precautionary measures being implemented through every single home to any of the working place or public place present in the locality .
