Hi , I am Alyssa . I am a four-year old kid with a knack of curiosity and mischief . I love to play and watch television . You see , it 's the only thing you can do when your closest neighbor is a mile away from your house . My dad works in a construction company in the city while my mom stays here at home . is also taking care of my little brother Ferdie . And me . But I usually take care of myself . My parents said that I 'm a big girl already so they trust that I can do things on my own now . Well , my mom is a bigger girl than me so I bet she can do more things

I have another brother . His name is Albert . He is not here with us because he is studying at a University . My dad said my brother will someday bring home wonderful things like dolls , clothes , cars and many more , that is why he has to be away to study for college . I sometimes hate him . It was my fifth birthday a few months ago but my mom said we will not celebrate it yet . She said I can only celebrate my birthday after my brother finishes college well that 's about two years from now So I 'll be like a four year-old for three years . Mom said that after that , I can celebrate my birthday whenever I want . What can I do They 're bigger than me so all I can do is follow what they tell me

April full of surprises

One sunny April afternoon , Albert showed up . Well , it 's a week early before he usually comes home to spend his vacation and boss around . He was carrying his usual red backpack . But I was amazed with what came after him . I was a woman , I guess just as old as my brother , and about as tall as his shoulders . She has a long black hair which runs straight down her back . I was with mom at that time , feeding the pigs . When mom saw my brother , she let out a small gasp . I didn 't understand anything but I guess mom was mad .
