However , the extent to which corporations are subject to the concept still varies among industries . Despite the fact that the nature of some industries makes them comparatively harder or more expensive to apply CSR considerations in their business decisions , different perspectives toward the concept still seems to be the

greatest variable of the development of CSR

Although the Amoral View has been harshly rejected among most modern consumer society , the practice of the Personal or the Social View is still seen by most corporations as greatly demanding or costly . Only those large and international companies in touch with so many forms of powerful stakeholders perform their operations with full consideration of the Corporate Social Responsibility . While smaller companies or companies within less perfect market competition seem to have a degree of reluctance to apply the demands of the concept . Government laws and requirements are still the most influential factor that drives business into a proper practice of the CSR . This reflects the reality that communities still view the concept as a development that is `required and not yet as a tool to increase the value of their corporations as a whole

Within this , we will take an insight look of how several companies viewed CSR and distribute the view within the structure of their company . We will also present the research methodology that could be used for further `data extracting ' activities in to stress more on validity and to strengthen the foundation of this as academically justified

To draw a conclusion on how sample companies treat the CSR concept several questions regarding the research problem are already formulated These questions will be the guide on which we direct our data extracting activities . The formulated questions are

To what extent do companies admit in their corporate web-sites that CSR have strong connections to corporate programs

To what extent does success in global business related to the practice of CSR

Before we step into the chapter that elaborates the research methodology to be applied inside this social research , we will previously discussed tendencies of several companies relating to the questions mentioned above . We will use corporate web-sites as a source of information to draw a general conclusion to the answers of the questions . The conclusions will help formulate the general hypotheses of the whole research . After that , we will suggest the suitable methodology to conduct further research and obtain more detailed data
