Hiring ex-users can also be a part of the corporate social responsibility of the company . Moreover this is also beneficial in part of hiring company because ex-users usually don 't demand for high salaries . In such way the company is helping the ex-user to build a better life and at the same time helps the company in having a lower cost for the human resource

Job types for ex-users vary from pet nurse to administration employee One of the most promising jobs for an ex-user is a social worker . Having him exposed in many instances of socialization and her expertise in dealing with people will be a big advantage for the social work that he will be dealing with . Other type of job that can be offered is the specialty job like bicycle mechanic . Ex-users usually have hobbies that halted when addiction came , those types of worthwhile hobbies can be used as a job offering for the new road seekers

One good example of company who utilized ex-users is the Ho Ruck who had a very high success rate of 41 . The company opened a disused textile factory which had an initial eleven employees which are ex-offenders The management of the said company was very happy for the result of both the profits and the employee 's new lives
