Four Elements of a Valid Contract

A contract works towards formalizing an agreement being made by 2 or more people . There are four main elements of a legal and valid contract The first element is that of mutual assent whereby if a supplier makes an offer to an identified acquirer , then that offer acts as a representation to a proposal requiring a contract or agreement between the involved parties

The second element is the capacities to have the involved parties perform . This means that the parties in agreement must ensure that they have the ability to clearly and effectively perform their respective responsibilities and roles (McKendrick , 2005
