As for my professional experience , I 'm currently employed as a part of technical support team for IBM AS400 Series server . My duties encompass providing technical information and assisting with troubleshooting for IBM customers who experience problems with AS400 Series server . I 'm offering me services to customers at different locations via email telephone , and live chat

While I 'm proficient at my specialization , it 's often the case that I lack a broader picture of the developments in computer science and computer engineering . Therefore , I have a strong motivation to continue my higher education in this field . First of all , I want to expand my theoretical knowledge of matters pertinent to computer engineering While my job offers breathtaking career growth opportunities , it is too specialized and frequently feels more like a routine . There is little opportunity to conceptualize knowledge that I 've gained at the workplace and relate it to my previous studies

Secondly , I wish to enhance my practical and professional skills , with a focus on network design and maintenance .
