The development and implementation of a safety awareness program requires individuals who have enough knowledge on potential work hazards , in doing regular safety inspections , in provision of training and in establishing the appropriate safety procedures (MIOSHA , n .d The safety awareness program was developed by the president and his two vice-presidents . These individuals do not have sufficient knowledge and skills regarding

the construction safety procedures and policies . This could have lead to the development of an incomplete program . There is a chance that the program developed was not detailed enough to cover all aspects of the construction company . The three individuals could have neglected some sections of the company as they perceived them to be of less important in ensuring safety at the work site

Additionally , because of lack of experience from the developers of the program , the employees were not provided with training and if provided it was not detailed enough . Employee training requires time six months was not enough for provision of adequate and more detailed training Training of employees on matters regarding their safety at the construction work site is very important .
