For over two hundred years , many have marveled at the strength exuded by the United States constitution its ability to unite , integrate the diverse communities as well as provide answers and solutions to the loads of questions and challenges that have arose . Nations and states world wide continue to be inspired by its might and yearn to emulate its strength . Many have recognized that this is one of the greatest constitutions on earth . While its sheer force and strength

cannot be doubted by all , what many do not know is that it took months to construct . It took months of negotiations and combination of ideas and wisdom from the forefathers to come up with such a magnanimous document that continue to guide the nation to global superiority years after it was authored

The United States constitution is the ultimate law with its jurisdiction and authority surpassing any other law . The background to the formation of this document dates back to 1776 after the Declaration of Independence and the authority of the crown dissolved . Upon independence though , there did not exist a government or an institution to outline how the governing activities and politics would be executed . This duty was carried out by the Articles of Confederation which had laid down the rules of how the independent America would be governed .
