The Constitution of the United State affords many individuals freedoms and perso
Individual Freedom Students are expected to have certain patterns of behavior while studying in class , and obeying of rules and procedures of the facility This involves good time management , attendance , participation in class activities and cooperation with other students . Maintaining these rules and procedures in good accordance with standards set by the educational facility will help the student to be more adequate employee at a future work place and a better representative of the society that the individual lives in . In this research we are going to talk about how this

transitional period of a student may be affected by the tutors and his or her personal attitude towards maintaining good studying practice Also we are going to strike an issue of specific personal responsibilities demanded by the Constitutional Rights of an individual and how they can be applied to interpersonal growth and maturity
We can think of several examples of specific usage of personal responsibilities of a student in to justify our assumption concerning the importance of a person being a good student at school and as a consequence a good representative of workforce and society as well One of the most vital tasks that any student must maintain is time management . If a worker comes late to work , or maintains his responsibilities with time delays that is not a good worker and he may loose his job , and as a consequence the benefits of being an adequate representative of the society . Thus in to implement some specific application in classroom in for the students to maintain time management it is necessary for example to make table of attendance where each tardy a student receives would be recorded and some specific amount of tardy will result in grade deduction . On the contrary if a student for example has no tardy he or she will receive increase in final grade Grades are the measure , which correspond with student 's success in particular discipline and it is necessary to teach students to try to achieve higher grades
Another example is when student receives his assignment to do at school he has to maintain that responsibility to do it well and on time . This is an example of maintaining responsibility of doing certain task assigned in school and anywhere else that is expected of a person by other people , whether this is a teacher or a future boss in the organization . Specifically it is possible to make a corresponding table of assignments , which would show how a student maintains his work and correspondingly to make a reward-punishment system for assignments
The third example can be a responsibility to cooperate with other students , which can be transferred to a future representative of the workforce in terms of team work . Most of the organizations practice team work and the ability of a person to communicate with colleagues and other representatives of the business process is vital for the employee In to implement this particular application it is necessary to make team work more often in class . For example divide class onto 4 equal teams and give them similar assignment . Which team will manage to finish the assignment first will receive better points and so on . Thus students will develop team working skills and will be able to participate in competitions thus trying to get better work results
During the time that the south stopped African Americans from voting they were able to keep them from doing things such as owning land and working for pay . The fifteenth amendment guarantees the right to vote no matter what race or color . This amendment however did not guarantee the right for minorities to vote . At the end of reconstruction , the south used literacy tests , poll taxes , intimidation , threats , and violence to keep the black population from voting . This continued until 1965 when the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was passed . Up until the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was passed the federal government did not challenge the rights of the states to have their own voting requirements . Therefore we see that as well as all the individuals of the society have their rights they have their responsibilities as well . Maintaining good standing in school is a good base for being adequate member of society and a good representative of workforce as well , consequently leading to good moral standpoint and life-satisfaction . Thus it is necessary to conclude that every student has his right to get quality education and on the other hand students have responsibilities before the society to maintain good standing at school and do the proper work there
