Despite the dangers of smoking , revenue from tobacco taxes is likely to be a dependable and steady flow of funding for this program . I disagree with McCain 's belief that the need to maintain a funding source for such an expensive program would deter smoking prevention and cessation efforts These goals seem mutually exclusive and would most certainly be overseen by completely different entities . The harsh reality exists that thousands of Americans will continue to smoke for years to come...
