Throughout the term I have experienced a number of conflicts both in my personal life and at work place . Most of these conflicts included intrapersonal , interpersonal and organizational conflict . I had conflict within myself , between my friends and family members and also at work especially with my supervisors and the manager (Condliffe 2008

The intrapersonal conflicts involved most of judgment I had to make . The first conflict was about how to use some money I had saved

. I felt I should buy a car but on the other hand I also wanted to start a business that could give me some income in the future . I also had to make a decision to stop a relationship with one of my friend whom behaviors were not so appealing . My friendship with him negatively impacted on my morals . However the friend was very important in my studies as I used to discuss with him most of the concepts we learnt in class . The other most notable intrapersonal conflict was about how to manage my time properly I wanted to reduce number of hours I attended movies in the weekend and use these hours for my studies . However , my urge to view movie conflicted with this ongoing decision . It was between my study and leisure time (Condliffe 2008
