ABSTRACT

Team development is carried out through a number of innovative as well as creative methods which provide systematic stages to be followed by team members and leaders . These methods are necessary since team members possess different personalities which may lead to conflict if not tackled . It is important to solve differences between them before discussing issues concerning team operations . Birkman method is a very appropriate method of solving

such problems and necessitating team development . It comprises of questionnaires with questions on team members ' personalities which are later discussed and individuals advised on how to embrace accommodative personalities . Tuckman 's method is also applied in team development and it has a wider popularity compared to Birkman method
