The performance I liked best was the Piano Concerto No . 2 as performed by Paul Lewis . It was composed by Beethoven in 1787 to 1789 and was published in 1801 , the same time the Piano Concerto No . 1 was published During those times , Beethoven was still a young musician trying to make a name and music that people would love . From moving to Bonn to Vienna he established himself as a soloist through performing this piece in private salons and concerts
