TASK 1 : TCP /IP (IPv4 and IPv6 TCP or Transmission Control Protocol is one of the main protocols (and probably can be considered the backbone of all protocols ) of the Internet . It is also popularly called TCP /IP network wherein the Internet is able to function properly . Transmission Control Protocol is the one held responsible for making two hosts from different locations in establishing a connection between them and at the same time exchange streams of date . This is not only the role played by TCP . It is also the one responsible

that insure the delivery of information encoded in the packets to be delivered to its target destination in the same the way that it was originally sent
TCP 's role or philosophy of handling data transfer like this : prior to the transmission of data , it checks that the line or connection between the two (the source and destination ) is open . This very basic Internet protocol makes sure that data can be transferred in a two-way traffic both hosts can send and receive data using a single connection . TCP makes and checks that after the transfer of the information is done that the line of connection between the two hosts is closed thus providing the system or the network free of resources
TCP /IP makes both hosts involved in the communication in-the-know if there is a transfer session going on thus holding the connection open and at the same time know also when the transfer session has just...
