Leaders serve as an important part of the organization and these are the individuals who are in direct interaction with that of the employees There are factors wherein the leaders are expected to take respective responsibilities . This includes motivation and empowerment implementation of change , communication , teamwork , diversity , leadership power and influence , strategies , and culture and values . The roles taken by the leaders serve as a critical factor for the effective realization of the plans that is the determinant of success
