My primary goal for interaction in a job interview is to make a good impression that I am qualified for the position I am applying for . During interviews , I would make a good impression by applying effective communication strategies and practicing interpersonal skills I have learned from training and reading . I would try my best to respond to questions or conversations correctly , honestly , appropriately , and effectively . I would avoid pretensions or any signs of overconfidence or assertiveness even if I am confident about my ideas or thoughts . After the interview I would make a follow call (if it is allowed ) to let them know that I am very interested and determined to have a job . I would consider other prospects to have another chance for an interview in case I would not be hired immediately because I am not perfect but I can do something to improve my personal and professional qualities as I learn from my experiences
