Which is Better Los Angeles or New York City

Los Angeles and New York City are considered as the two of the best cities in the United States . Choosing between the two would be a difficult process because the City of Angels and the Big Apple offer a variety of things ranging from dynamic environment exquisite lifestyles , interesting people and many others . All year round , people from every part of the world and even within the United States , flock to these places to

explore the culture of Los Angeles and New York which can only be appreciated if visitors immerse themselves to the existing customs and traditions of the locals . These two are similar in many ways but both also vary in different aspects

Los Angeles is famous for its Hollywood sign , lines of palm trees Mediterranean climate and pristine beaches . These elements emanate the laid-back but glamorous atmosphere of the typical Los Angeles . More so this second largest city in the United States is also branded as the entertainment capital of the world ' primarily because majority of the movie outfits are located here and most of the celebrities treat this place as their humble abodes . People who live here tend to lead a casual life free from the pressures of a fast paced way of living due to Los Angeles ' relaxed ambiance with a mix melodrama

Meanwhile , at the other side of the US coast is New York City which is also labeled as the largest city in the US . This city is distinguished for its skyscrapers , busy streets and diverse group of people . Many have named this place as the city that never sleeps ' because most of the establishments are open for 24 hours and it seems that the people who live here continue to move until sundown . As a result , New Yorkers have been perceived as tireless and reserved type of individuals

Based on my perception and preference , I think that New York is better than Los Angeles in terms of transportation , cultural amenities , and diversity of cultures . In New York , the subway has been the most convenient and popular mode of transportation . It brings people from one place to another and from point A to point B in a short amount of time But the cheapest way to cruise the the Big Apple is through walking Aside from the fact it is free , it can be a form of an exercise and at the same time enjoy the highly urbanized scene of New York . Meanwhile in Los Angeles , catching the bus or driving a car are the commonly used options for going around the city .
