On materialistic side , he has sent us to this world and has produced the enabling environment for our proper growth , which includes food , water air and other basic necessities of life . Moreover , He has blessed us with parents who ensure that we use all these blessings in the best possible way . Likewise , for the sake of spiritual growth , the almighty God has revealed scriptures and sent

his apostles (prophets ) in to ensure that mankind understands those scriptures properly . Out of all the prophets sent in this world , Mohammad and Jesus are two major ones in terms of their current followership . This is intended to explore the similarities and the differences in the teachings circumstances and impact of the teachings of the two great leaders of the human history

Comparison of the teaching

The teachings of Mohammad too , were an extension to what Jesus taught as he accepted Jesus as the Prophet of God and Gospel as the divine scripture

For example , Mohammad not only taught to forgive the enemies , but practiced himself as well . On the event of the conquest of Mecca , he even forgot his bitter most enemies , including Hinda , the lady who had bitten the liver of his uncle on his death at the battle of Badr

The instances of Mohammad fighting with enemies can be better attributed to the political circumstances prevailing there rather than his personal desire to take revenge

The comparison of the situations prevailing there in the time of the two

Both had to face difficulties and bitter opposition when they preached their religions
