QUALIFICATIONS

REGISTERED NURSE : Though I have a formal administrative title at work nursing is an occupation that requires leadership all the time . I am a registered nurse and my role is educating , assessing , and

implementing care for my patients . I am responsible for ensuring that proper care is delivered when they most need it . I consider myself a mentor for my patients through education on making the right decision and choices regarding their health

PATIENT EDUCATION : It is important to allow patients to have visions regarding their life and health status , and equipping them with the knowledge to make their own choices . I always set high standards , and provide meaning for the task at hand when educating my patients . In critical care , the most common problem that I see is the mismanagement of diabetes and the devastating effects it can have on the long run Educating patients on managing diabetes have important . This means referring them to the appropriate specialists , warning signs requiring medical attention , checking blood sugar daily , following the regimen provided by their doctors , daily exercise , diet modifications

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

I engage in community development programs programs that add value to the life of people in the environment . I have been involved in leading teams of volunteers for free medical care and community education , as a registered nurse . This events and opportunities have taught me a lot about harnessing the usefulness of effective relationships which remain the hallmark of good leadership
