The discusses the possible activities that social agents could impart among their care-receivers or their elders . It focuses on the importance of social agents as initiators of altering the behavior of the aging adults as the agents promote the importance of shaping one 's thoughts or cognitive thinking ' in for an elder to survive and adapt in one 's society regardless of one 's decline in physical strength and mental abilities or potentialities

. This also addresses the need for more societal (familial , government , organizational ) support for the elderly who are in serious need of financial , medical , and mental assistance in to survive in the fast-paced environment or high-expecting society

Introduction

There are many possibilities in which every concerned individual could act as a social change agent for the elderly . Generally , helping and providing assistance for the elderly presents such a need for preparation to the social agent who experiences and finds comfort upon extending help and concern among the elders . Such level of preparation is required for the social agent /s in for them to understand and address the primary needs of the aging adults . Nevertheless , the researcher of this interviewed an elder subject (aged 62 years ) to ask one 's perception , hobbies , and interests as one crosses the adulthood stage of aging
