Similarly , in the marketing department , employees were used to one on one discussion and when Jeanne proposed group meetings , communication was initially hampered as no one responded adequately to the proposed discussion . The world we live in demands willingness to innovate and learn , and when a person or an organization cannot respond to such change , it would not let the organization grow beyond the boundaries within the minds of the respective stakeholders
