2 . There are various laws in support of collective bargaining . One of the most significant is statures in California . California statutes make collective bargaining agreements legally enforceable . These come under California Labor Code Sections 1126-1128

California Labor Code Sections 1126 says that any collective bargaining agreement between an employer and a labor organization shall be enforceable at law . If in case of breach of such collective bargaining agreement (CBA ) by any party , i .e . employees union or employer will be party to same rules and regulations including injunctive relief , as are available on other contracts in general law in the courts of this State .California Labor Code Sections 1127 has two Part . First part says that if a collective bargaining agreement between an employer and a labor organization contains a successor clause , such clause shall be binding upon and enforceable against any successor employer who succeeds to the contracting employer 's business until the expiration date of the agreement stated in the agreement . Such successor clause shall be binding upon or enforceable against any successor employer for more than three years from the effective date of the collective bargaining agreement between the contracting employer and the labor organization Second part defines "successor employer

California Labor Code Sections 1128 says if any such party to a collective bargaining agreement comes in a court action to make arbitration of disputes relating to the collective bargaining agreement then the court holds the right to award attorney 's fees to the existing party unless the other party has raised substantial and credible issues involving complex or significant questions of law or fact regarding regardless of the dispute being arbitrable under the agreement

3 . The four main potential components of collective Bargaining Issues are wages , hours , working conditions and job security . Issue of wages includes Regular Compensation , Overtime Compensation , Incentives Insurance and Pensions . Issues of hours include Regular Work Hours Overtime Work Hours and Vacations , Holidays .
