Class struggles during WWI.
First World War Class Struggles (Name (University (Course (Tutor (Date Abstract The events leading up to the First World War were a source of great conflict between the social classes in the European nations involved in the war . The industrial workers , who had union leaders to represent them , were experiencing a lot of unrest as a result of the efforts of the governments to make them participate in the war . This was because of the assumption that the working class would not support the imperial and bourgeois masters in the war . As

most of these educated , skilled industrial workers left their jobs to join in the war , their positions were replaced by the unskilled workers and women who were involved in the production of ammunition and food in addition to working in other sectors in the economies . As a result of the conflict and negotiations between the union leaders and the government , better working conditions and wages were realized and in addition , the women were accorded equal status as the men as a result of their valued contributions during the war
