Analysis and production intelligence refers to the process whereby data and information is merged for the purposes of linking , analyzing , and disseminating in a timely and actionable manner with the prominence on the motherland security threat image and the community safety . In this phase , evidence is transformed into intelligence through four levels i .e . the basic level and this describes the event under study by accounting for all the applicable variables as possible .
