Although some children are born with various kinds of disabilities as they might be born blind or deaf or may have some other disability such as any part of their body such as an arm or a leg must be missing but despite these malicious facts , every child deserves to get the best in life and so every child should be treated in the same

way especially the children with disabilities so that they do not feel inferior to the normal children . For this , there are special strategies and interventions that are made not just by the government but by the other agencies and organizations as well

Education is the basic necessity in life for every individual and therefore , it is necessary for the children within the age group of two to six to receive education . For this , there is a law known as No Child Left Behind ' and how this rule pertains to and how it influence special tutoring .
